What we do...

We provide support for NDIS Participants

We provide individual supports for NDIS participants, but we try to use more of a 'life coaching' philosophy. This means working with our clients and their friends, family and social network to set meaningful life goals and break those goals down into activities we can actually do. Then we match our clients with a 'coach' who supports them to work  towards reaching those goals.

Inspiring people with a disability to live a great life...

We think there are 6 key areas that everyone needs to take care of to live a great life. We tailor our supports so we can play our part in helping our clients live a great life. Here's how:

Health & Wellbeing

This is all about inspiring our clients to do the things they need to do to be happy, healthy, fit and strong.

Family & Friends

This is all about inspiring our clients do have great people in their lives by connecting with family and friends.

Wealth

This is all about inspiring our clients to do the things they need to do to afford to manage their money and take control of their financial future.

Meaning

This is all about inspiring our clients to do the things they need to do to have the satisfaction people get from doing something productive with their lives.

Growth

This is all about inspiring our clients to develop the mindset of growing as person every day, be open to learning and trying new things, and striving to be a better version of themselves.

Fun

This is all about inspiring our clients to let their hair down from time to time, have some fun and not take themselves too seriously.

We run  programs, activities and events

We are also delivering activities and events that promote healthier lifestyles, increased social engagement, greater community inclusion and the chance for our clients to build their confidence and a sense of self worth.

Inspiring people to get fit...

"Fit & Funky" is a weekly group exercise program for people with a disability. The aim of Fit & Funky is to introduce people to the gym environment, get familiar with the equipment in the gym, and help them undertake a regular exercise program - supervised by a fully qualified Personal Trainer.

Sessions are just $10, and participants can join in without having to join the gym or commit to coming to every session, every week.

Inspiring people to find love...

"Everyone Can Date" is an initiative we started when we realised how hard it can be for people with disability to find love.

We run 'romantic' activities and event designed to give single guys and girls the chance to meet each other and, if things go well, find someone they might like to start dating on a more regular basis.

"Everyone Can Do Cool Stuff" is a little initiative we've got going to help NDIS participants and others to get together on a monthly basis and do really fun things - like go-karting, laser tag, camping, etc.

Life is too short, so why not get out and about make the most of life, try new things, and make a few new friends along the way?

Inspiring men to  build their circle of friends...

"Man Talk" is a fortnightly social activity for men. It's about getting out of the house, making some new mates, and giving blokes the chance to get together to talk about what it means to be a man these days. In the process, we also want to help men who live with a disability build their social network.

Man Talk take place after work every second Friday at the Rugby Union Club (the RUC) in Turner - which is also the Turner Bowls Club.

Inspiring people to play sport...

"Everyone Can Play" is the place to go for all your inclusive sport and recreation programs and activities in the Canberra region.

We want to make it easy for people to find local activities and for local sports, clubs and recreational groups to advertise what they do.
